Blessed Ruqyah Water is regular clean water over which specific verses of the Qur’an and authentic du‘as are recited with the intention of healing, protection, and mercy — by Allah’s permission alone.

The Prophet ﷺ himself used Ruqyah and encouraged it as a means of healing.

Allah says:

“And We send down of the Qur’an that which is healing and mercy for the believers.”
(Surah Al-Isra 17:82)
